One of three stocked cartons (Small, Medium, or Large) and a 100 mm foam pack. Each face of the pack is two 25 mm sheets glued together. We cut a cavity to your artwork so the piece cannot slide. No bubble wrap layers, no hunting for a box that fits.

Measure the work’s width, height, and depth (including stretcher bars or frame). Use the size finder — it recommends the smallest box that can take that face size. You can rotate the work in the plane of the canvas; depth does not rotate.

Most canvases are around 50 mm. That is the maximum depth the cavity takes. If your work is thinner, we add padding in the cavity so it cannot bounce during transit. Leave glass out of frames if you can — it is heavy, it breaks, and it eats depth.

No. These kits are for 2D work: paintings, canvases, prints, drawings, and similar pieces that sit in a shallow cavity.

Yes. Every price on the site is in Australian dollars and includes GST.

If the box and foam come back in good shape, yes. The foam is meant to be used more than once for studio-to-buyer shipments.

The kit is designed to stop the work sliding around in transit, which is the usual cause of corner dings. Couriers still happen. Your buyer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected, and you should photograph the packed work before you send it.

Orders are packed by hand, including the foam cut. Typical dispatch is a few business days after payment, then Australia Post or equivalent.
