Shipping & returns

We ship inside Australia only. International orders are not available in this first version.

Shipping is a flat A$12.00 per order, waived when the kit subtotal reaches A$80.00. Prices include GST.

Kits are packed by hand after payment. Typical dispatch is a few business days, then the usual Australia Post / courier window to your studio.

If a kit arrives damaged or is the wrong size because of a mistake on our side, email with photos and the order email. Unused kits in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the kit price; return postage is yours unless the kit was faulty or misdescribed.
